Red wine finings 1

I've just added the first lot of finings (Kieselsol) to my Cabernet Sauvignon.

Following the instructions, I then shook the demijohn for 10s and am now leaving it 24 hours before I add the second component of the finings (Chitosan). Assuming I do that tomorrow lunchtime, the wine should be ready to bottle on Monday. Unfortunately I'll be away all day but I'm sure it will be fine until Tuesday or Wednesday.
